We are proud to welcome Liquor Town on Route 202 in South Hadley as a new member of the South Hadley & Granby Chamber of Commerce. Owners Vimal and Himanshu Patel recently opened this new business which offers a huge selection of craft beers, wines and spirits to the residents of South Hadley, Granby, and the surrounding communities.
Vimal Patel was living in Southwick and Himanshu and Bruguni were living in Belchertown when they bought when he bought the license for Liquor Town and began looking for a large and visible site where he could locate his new business. He finally settled on the building at 506 Granby Road (the old Adelphia Restaurant), renovated it, and opened this impressively bright and roomy store.
Mr. Patel and his family who are involved in the running of the store have big plans for their new enterprise. These include frequent craft beer, wine, and vodka tastings…and in the near future, Liquor Town will be and Keno site. They are very interested in becoming more involved in and supporting activities in the South Hadley and Granby communities….a first step, joining the SHG Chamber.
