2024 ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES,There are 2 to chose from!
4 EVENT Package
There are 3 Sponsorship Package opportunities available from the South Hadley & Granby Chamber of Commerce (SHG Chamber):
#1) The “Premier Membership” level of the SHG Chamber includes $300 in Sponsorship Credits to use towards any event(s);
#2) this package offering a 5% discount for sponsoring a minimum of 4 events, and
#3) a package with a 10% discount for sponsoring a minimum of 6 events.
Feel free to combine the Premier Membership with the 4 Event or 6 Event Sponsorship Package for the best savings and involvement with the SHG Chamber!
At most of the SHG Chamber’s Events, Event attendees are eligible for the Event’s door prize drawing by having their business card initialed by each Sponsor at the event. This encourages each person in attendance to visit each Sponsor’s table to listen to the Sponsor’s message.
There are 2 Sponsorship levels – the Event Sponsor and the Premier Event Sponsor.
Event Sponsorship includes:
A business table at the Event to display marketing materials, merch, brochures, etc.
All promotional emails and social media postings before the Event will include your business/organization’s logo.
1 Free ticket to the EventPremier Event Sponsorship includes:
A business table at the Event to display marketing materials, merch, brochures, etc.
All promotional emails and social media postings before the Event will include your business/organization’s logo.
A link to your business/organization’s website and your contact information.
The opportunity to speak at the Event when the Event has speeches.
2 Free tickets to the Event.
To qualify for the 5% discount, please select one or more events from the Premier Event’s Section in BOLD, and then a minimum of 3 events from the Events Section, for a total of 4 Events.
6 EVENT PACKAGE

To qualify for the 10% discount, please select one or more events from the Premier Event’s Section in BOLD, and then a minimum of 5 events from the Events Section, for a total of 6 Events:
Here is a list of Events planned in 2024. Dates for Events are established roughly 60 days before the Event. Please indicate the Events you are interested in Sponsoring. If the Event is cancelled, or is scheduled on a date that does not work for your schedule, you will receive a credit equal to the amount paid for sponsoring that specific Event towards Sponsoring a future Event! Also, current Members of the SHG Chamber will receive priority in Sponsoring the Event(s) of their choice.
