On Wednesday, November 14, 2012, the Chamber held its 5th Annual Economic Forum sponsored in partnership with Mount Holyoke College.  The speaker was  James E. Hartley, Ph. D., Professor of Economics at Mount Holyoke College. He covered a range of current economic topics and answered questions form the audience. One question was, “Is social security the world’s biggest ponzi scheme?” You had to be there for Professor Hartley’s diplomatic answer.
